The multimedia magazine

Published between 1965 and 1971 and conceived to escape the traditional notion of magazine, Aspen was a multimedia magazine presented in a box and filled with booklets, recordings etc. Each issue had a different creative mind behind its creation, as for example Andy Warhol and George Maciunas. The web version is imaginatively limited, since you are deprived of the tangible form at the base of the original concept, but its beauty and aesthetic perfection is clearly reflected.
